Marketing Specialist’s role at Aventis would be ensuring that our brand remains a leading authority on M&A and valuation topics, coordinate new content creation and promotion, and work on improving our website’s conversion and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Defining and overseeing our overall marketing strategy, suggesting new channels and optimizing the current ones
• Managing the blog, and content pipeline; working with team members on article preparation, support in writing on topics
• Managing off-page SEO by gathering backlinks from reputable sources
• Organizing content promotion campaigns on LinkedIn, through newsletters and through highly selective outbound campaigns
• Managing our LinkedIn profile and preparing regular posts based on our content and industry news
• Work with the outside design team to implement changes that would improve conversion and engagement
• Regular monitoring and analysis of marketing KPIs: traffic, conversions, downloadable report performance, etc.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in marketing
• Strong experience in organic marketing: SEO, LinkedIn, newsletters
• Experience in B2B marketing, targeting decision-makers
• Experience with products/services with long sales cycles and high check
• Experience, education or interest in finance is a plus
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, and Search Console; experience with Surfer is a plus
• Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, set own goals and deliver results
• Proactivity and history of coming up with new ideas and executing them
