Intern – M&A | AI-Powered Investment Banking
Location: Warsaw / Remote (Part-Time Available)
Type: Internship
At Aventis Advisors, we work on high-impact M&A transactions in the technology sector—partnering with leading software founders, private equity funds, and global investors. We’re a tight-knit team of driven dealmakers who operate with intensity, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.
We’re looking for a motivated Intern who’s excited to get hands-on exposure to live M&A projects and learn how AI is reshaping the world of investment banking. If you’re analytical, proactive, and fluent in digital tools, this is your opportunity to dive into deals and help build the future of advisory.
What You’ll Do
Conduct research on industries, business models, and companies—primarily in the Software and IT Services space.
Support the preparation of pitch decks, teasers, financial models, and internal materials.
Assist in AI-enabled market mapping, investor/target screening, and competitive benchmarking.
Help monitor M&A activity, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for outreach.
Contribute to the creation of internal content, including research notes and blog posts.
What We’re Looking For
You’re in your 2nd year or above of studies in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.
Interest in investment banking, private equity, or the M&A landscape.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial statements and valuation is a plus.
A strong plus: hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Excel plugins, AI copilots) and motivation to explore how they can improve your work.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
Direct exposure to live M&A mandates and a flat team where your work matters from day one.
Structured onboarding, mentorship, and training on both finance and AI workflows.
A collaborative, high-performance culture with no rigid hierarchy.
Centrally located Warsaw office with flexible hybrid options.
Part-time setup available to fit your academic schedule.
Competitive compensation.
